I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your professionalism and timely service in the application process and subsequent lease. We began seeking a home in early January of this year and were surprised with the abundance of homes available in the 3000 sq. ft. size and larger range. What was frustrating was the poor response of the representing firms listing those homes. We lost interest in several properties due to the lack of response or inability of the listing agent to show the home within the same week we contacted them. As we continued our search, we found this to be the rule, not the exception. When I came across the listing for Malana, though we were not originally considering a home in this area, I decided to email you a few questions. To my surprise, I had a response within hours. We then called to see if it was possible to view the home. We spoke with one of your associates and he agreed to meet us the following day. We put a deposit down at the initial viewing and the application process moved at a very brisk pace, to our pleasant surprise. Had it not been for the quick response, we would have moved forward in our desire to secure a home in the Gold River or Folsom area. Your patience at our appointment to measure for furniture prior to our move-in was above and beyond--and greatly appreciated. It was a seamless process and as you know any task involved with moving, especially merging two generations, can be particularly challenging. Your firm performed without incident and we moved in as promised on February 1st. We love the home and appreciate your timely response to each of the queries we have had thus far.
