Four Point Property Management has been established to provide owners of Residential Investment Properties the ultimate experience in the handling of all aspects of maintenance on their income producing property.  The goal is to maximize the properties financial potential.  This goal is accomplished by operating the property as efficiently and profitable as possible.  The Property Management field, whether utilizing a professional manager or as an owner/manager, is comprehensively regulated by California Law.  These Laws are predominately found in the California Civil Code and the California Code of Civil Procedures.  Four Point Property Management assumes the responsibility to insure compliance statutes and preserving the Owner's rights/responsibilities.

 Four Point Property Management provides the platform for assimilating the diverse day to day activities.  Financial transactions and requirements include the collection of rents and late fees, processing deposits and refunds, maintaining the property's insurance policies and other items as requested by Owner.  Property maintenance includes lawn care, cleaning service, coordinating repairs such as plumbing, electrical issues, appliance failure and the resolution of any issues or complaints of the Tenants.

EXPERIENCE:  The principals of Four Point Property Management have an aggregate of over 60 years in the Real Estate Industry as Broker and Agent and twenty three (23) years of Property Management.

TECHNOLOGY:  Four Point Property Management utilizes the latest software to maximize the service to their clients.  Currently, the  program being utilized is www.Buildium.com which presents the latest updates and opportunities for both the Administrator and the Landlord.  This includes Direct Deposit of owners draws and owner access to the website to view the activity for each of their properties.  Each property is videotaped and the data placed in a library specific to that property for review during the tenancy of any specific Tenant.

INTEGRITY:  The information provided to the Owner and the Tenant is based on the latest legal and professional data available in the Industry.  Four Point stands behind every aspect of the Rental process that is provided to all Parties.

SERVICE:  Each and every inquiry receives a personal return call.  Every Tenant is personally screened prior to the approval of an Agreement to Lease.  Properties are shown on an appointment only basis.  Professionally designed yard sign and Rentals.com both augment the most important aspect of our business - Relationship Marketing.  Relationships are paramount with both the Owner and the Tenant.
